十八辊冷轧机工作辊侧支承装置受力分析

摘要

通过对十八辊冷轧机工作辊侧支承装置、工作辊的受力分析，求出侧支承装置受力与轧机主要工作参数之间的函数关系，计算结果能较好地反映设备实际受力情况，可作为十八辊轧机侧支承装置初步设计的依据。%The functional relationship between the forces acting on the side support device and the main technical parameters is set up based on the force analysis on the WR side support device and the work rolls, and can be used as the basis for the design of the WR side support for 18-H cold rolling mills because the calculation result agrees well with the actual force condition of the equipment.
