耶氏解脂假丝酵母（Yarrowia Lipolytica）发酵生产γ-癸内酯研究进展

摘要

γ–Decalactone(GDL)is an important flavour compound. This review was dealt with the metabolic pathway of fermentation using Yarrrowia lipolytica to produce GDL and the function of the genes POX1–POX6 inβ–oxidation,and the factors for the vield of GDL in the process.%　　γ–癸内酯是重要香精香料，该文概述利用耶氏解脂假丝酵母(Yarrowia lipolytica)发酵生产γ–癸内酯代谢过程和相关基因POX1–POX6在β–氧化中不同功能，总结在发酵过程中影响GDL产量因素和解决方案。
