起酥油碘值测试不确定度评定

摘要

Reference to GB/T5532–2008,the iodine value is tested and the uncertainty coming from the whole procedure is also measured for the products of shortening. The conclusion is drawn that the uncertainty is 0.20 gI/100g.%按照GB/T5532–2008碘值的测试要求，来测定起酥油产品的碘值，同时对测试过程中产生的不确定度分量进行评估，从而确定其不确定度为0.20 gI/100g。
