嗜水气单胞菌微胶囊疫苗对中华绒螯蟹免疫因子的影响

         

摘要

The research item was to study the effect of microcapsules vaccine of Aeromonas hydrophila on the immune system of Chinese mitten crab, which was fed with the basal diets by adding lyophilized powder of microcapsules vaccine of Aeromonas hydrophila (1.5× 1012 cfu/g) in the dosages of 0 (control), 1, 3, 6 g/kg for 7 days, respectively; Then the 3 experimental groups were fed with the control basal diets. The peroxidase (POD), acid phosphatase (ACP), alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) activities in serum, and the superoxide dismutase (SOD) and lysozyme (LSZ) activities in hepatopancreas were determined respectively at 0,1,2, and 3 weeks after feeding the test diets. The results indicated that the activity of POD, ACP, ALP and NOS in serum, SOD and LSZ in hepatopancreas of Chinese mitten crab, which was fed with microcapsules vaccine of Aeromonas hydrophila in a certain amount were significantly improved (P<0.05) and the immune-stimulating effect was optimal in the dosage of 6 g/kg.%为检测嗜水气单胞菌微胶囊疫苗对中华绒螯蟹免疫机能的影响,在基础饲料中分别添加0(对照)、1、3和6 g/kg的嗜水气单胞菌微胶囊疫苗冻干粉(菌含量为1.5×1012cfu/g),制成颗粒饲料后投喂中华绒螯蟹7 d;然后3个试验组改投对照组饲料.在停喂试验组饲料后第0、1、2和3周,测定中华绒螯蟹血清POD、ACP、ALP、NOS活性和肝胰腺中的SOD与LSZ活性.结果显示:一定剂量的嗜水气单胞菌微胶囊疫苗能显著增强中华绒螯蟹血清POD、ACP、ALP、NOS和肝胰腺中的SOD与LSZ活性(P<0.05);且以6 g/kg饲料的添加量的免疫刺激效果最佳.
