C/C-SiC炭陶复合材料的制备及应用进展

摘要

介绍了C/C-SiC炭陶复合材料的几种制备方法及其优缺点,重点介绍了反应溶体浸渗法(RMI)的反应机理及研究进展.综述了C/C-siC炭陶复合材料在航空航天领域、制动系统中的重要应用.%The advantages and disadvantages of different preparation methods for C/C-SiC were introduced.Especially,the introduction was put emphasis on the reaction mechanism and research progress of RMI method.The application of C/C-SiC composites in the aerospace field and braking system were reviewed.
