近年来,中蒙经贸合作发展迅速,中国已成为蒙古第一大投资国。目前,中蒙两国贸易投资现状是：进出口总额连创新高,两国依赖程度不断加深;双边贸易和投资领域广泛,形式多样;贸易和投资领域过于集中、结构失衡;投资主体单一,经贸和投资风险增加。基于中国经济发展方式转型的视角,通过贸易和投资方式高级化、有序促进产业转移、全面开启新兴产业合作、深化金融合作等制度规划,将有利于进一步加深两国的贸易与投资关系,加速东北亚地区区域经济一体化的进程。%In recent years,the economic and trade cooperation between Mongolia and China is developing rapidly,and China has become the first investment country of Mongolia.The current situations on trade investment of the two countries are that total export-import volume is going up straightly,the dependency with each other is deepening increasingly,bilateral trade and investment is wide and varied but over-centralized in field and uneven in structure,and the risk of trade and investment is increasing due to single investment subject.From the viewpoint of Chinese economic transformation,some system and planning will further deepen their trade and investment relationship and accelerate the process of economic integration in Northeast Asia through advancing trade and investment,promoting industrial transfer orderly,triggering cooperation in nascent industries,and deepening financial cooperation,etc.
