汽车安全带带扣耐久性试验系统研制

摘要

从机械系统和电气系统两个方面，论述一种汽车安全带带扣耐久性试验系统的研制。系统采用PLC和触摸屏，实现试验过程的高度自动化，具有可靠性高、人机交互友好、软件操作简便等特点。其各项技术指标满足我国相关标准及国外主要标准的要求。%From the two aspects of the mechanical system and electrical system, the authors discuss the development of a kind of vehicle safety buckle durability test system which adopts PLC and touch screen. The system has features of highly automatical test, good reliability, human-mechine friendly interaction and easy operation software. It meets national and main foreign standards requirements.
