简析晋中市榆次区形意拳的发展状况

摘要

Xingyiquan,during hundred years of development,through constant practice,fusion,reform and development,forms from fitness,martial arts and acting as one of a good traditional martial arts.With Ba Gua, Tai Chi,Shaolinquanwhich are known as the four famous martial arts,andoccupies a pivotal positionin the history of the Chinese martial arts.In Yuci area,Xingyi is known to every family.Xingyiquan is considered to be top and very powerful martial arts.In Shanxi many people love Xingyiquan very much;the development prospect for Xingyiquan in Shanxi Yuci is very optimistic.Conclusion:through investigation of Yuci District of Xingyiquan development status,people from Yuci district understanding the extent of the Xingyiquan is still very low,support of government policy and the geographical environment are still the main factors to Xingyiquan in Yuci area development.Suggestion:in order to promote the Xingyiquan in Yuci District better inheritance and develop, should do the followings:strengthening shape Yiquan martial arts fitness development direction,making Xingyiquan in primary and secondary school physical education,support by government policy.%形意拳是在长达百年的发展历史中，经过不断的实践、融合、改革与发展中形成了以健身、技击和表演为一体的一项优秀的传统的武术拳种。它与八卦、太极、少林拳并称为武林四大名拳，在中华民族武术史上占有举足轻重的地位。在榆次地区，提起形意拳可谓是家喻户晓。形意拳被人们认为是一种上层的、非常厉害的武功。在山西地区很多武林内外人士都很喜欢形意拳，形意拳在山西榆次的发展前景也很乐观。结论：通过对榆次地区的形意拳发展状况的调查研究发现，榆次地区的人们对于形意拳的了解程度还很低，对形意拳的各种功效也知之甚少，政府政策的支持和地理环境仍然是影响形意拳在榆次地区发展的主要因素。建议：为了促进形意拳在榆次地区的更好地发展与传承，应做到以下几点：（1）强化形意拳技击健身的发展方向；（2）让形意拳进入中、小学体育课；（3）政府政策的支持。
