应用电子仪器辅助太极拳练习对大学生技能和肌肉肌电的影响

         

摘要

The paper aims to investigate the effect of applying electricity instruction in Tai Chi exercise on the skills and physical function of college students.The study is carried out with random grouping method by randomly dividing 30 students into control group and experimental group in teaching 24 -style Tai Chi and adopts conventional teaching and electronic instrument -assisted teaching to test the teaching effect and electromyograph-ic changes of each group after 12 weeks’teaching.The results are students who adopt electricity instruction outdid those in normal teaching in the knowledge,techniques and tactics of Tai Chi;biceps and brachioradialis EMG amplitude of experimental group demonstrate highly significant difference (P <0.01 )against control group;quadriceps and gastrocnemius EMG amplitude of experimental group show a significant difference (P <0.05) against control group.The paper concludes that the application of electronic instruments can effectively improve college students’skills and promote the coordination of muscle strength.%目的:探讨应用电子仪器辅助太极拳练习对大学生技能和部分机能的影响。方法:采用随机分组法对30名学生随机分为对照组和实验组,在二十四式简化太极拳教学中分别采用常规教学和应用电子仪器辅助教学,12周教学后测定各组教学效果和肌电变化。结果:通过电子仪器辅助练习的学生在太极拳认识和技法身法上都明显优于常规教学,实验组肱二头肌、肱桡肌肌电 EMG 波幅较对照组呈非常显著性差异(P <0.01);实验组股四头肌和腓肠肌肌电 EMG 波幅较对照组呈显著性差异(P <0.05)。结论:应用电子仪器辅助太极拳练习可以有效提高大学生技能水平,促进肌力的协调性。
