男子跳水双人3米板动作质量分析与研究--以2016年里约奥运会男子跳水双人3米板决赛为例

摘要

采用录像分析法、文献资料法、数理统计法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析等方法对2016年里约奥运会男子跳水双人3米板决赛的比赛成绩、动作难度、动作得分进行分析研究。主要结论：中国队丢掉里约奥运会男子双人3米板的主要原因是动作难度落后对手，且动作的完成质量较差，稳定性不高。建议：提高动作难度系数，特别是在动作的同步性、动作完成质量、难度系数位序布局上下功夫势在必行。%The results of the competition,action difficulty and action score of the men's diving 3 -meter board final in the Rio Olympic Games in 2016 are analyzed by video analysis,literature data,mathematical statistics, expert interview and logical analysis.Conclusions:the main reasons for Chinese team lost the Rio Olympic Games in man 3 -meter -dive is,the move difficulty is backward opponents,the completion of poor quality action, stability is not high.Suggestions:Improve the degree of difficulty of movement,especially in the action of synchronization,the quality of action complete,difficulty coefficient of ranking and lying out of order.
