沿海盐渍软土地基钢结构厂房新型重防腐技术研究

         

摘要

Soft and salinization of coastal water vapor high salt content,highly corrosive,surface treatment and coating process has been unable to adapt to the traditional steel corrosion requirements coastal steel plant.In response to this problem,combined with Huanghua rolling stock maintenance center project,for analysis of the geographical corrosive environment,and by matching the paint and performance test research and development of new anti-corrosion coating for steel plant in the corrosive environment.Construction at dry film thickness of 75μm or more epoxy zinc-rich primer,dry film thickness of 75μm or more epoxy intermediate coat of iron and dry film thickness of 40μm or more acrylic polyurethane finish,you can solve the problem of steel corrosion in coastal areas,as construction steel corrosion in coastal areas provide a reference.%沿海盐渍软土地基及水蒸气中含盐量高,具有强腐蚀性,传统钢结构的表面处理及涂装工艺已经无法适应沿海地区钢结构厂房的防腐要求。针对这一难题,结合黄骅机车车辆检修中心项目,对该地域腐蚀环境进行分析,并通过涂料配比及性能试验研究开发了针对该腐蚀环境的钢结构厂房新型重防腐涂料。施工采用干膜厚度75μm以上的环氧富锌底漆、干膜厚度75μm以上的环氧云铁中间漆和干膜厚度40μm以上的丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆,可以解决沿海地区钢结构防腐的难题,为沿海地区的钢结构防腐施工提供了借鉴意义。
