以严寒地区村镇典型住宅建筑(未做保温)作为研究对象,在深冬时期,对典型建筑实施以下实测:围护结构热工缺陷检测,室内热环境测试,围护结构热工性能以及采暖耗热量测试.采用原位测量非破坏性方法采集实测数据,进行周期为50 d连续测试,并对其进行深入分析和论证.结果表明:该村镇典型建筑围护结构传热系数超标严重;采暖耗热量大;建筑本身气密性差;室内热舒适度不佳.进而,为严寒地区村镇典型住宅建筑降耗增效、节能环保研究及升级改造工作提供有效实测依据.%This paper takes the typical residential buildings in villages and towns in cold regions (without thermal insulation) as the object of study.The paper conducts the following tests of typical buildings in winter:implementation of investigation of a typical building;thermal fault detection of enclosure structure;indoor thermal environment test;as well as thermal performance of building envelope and heating consumption test.The measurement of non-destructive method was used in the experiment,and the test lasted for 50 consecutive days.Then the paper analyzes and demonstrates the test results.The results showed:the heat transfer coefficient of the typical building envelope exceeded the standard;large heating consumption;the building had poor air tightness;poor indoor thermal comfort.Furthermore,this paper will serve as effective measurement basis for the research and upgrading of energy saving and environmental protection of typical residential buildings in villages and towns in severely-cold regions.
