基于BIM的检测评定系统在钢筋混凝土框架结构中的应用

         

摘要

Based on the test and evaluation system(JCPD) by the BIM technology,the work-flow of structure examination and evaluation is determined,which has achieved programmed and intelligent management of structure identification.The JCPD system is connected with measured information of building model,such as material strength,member sides,reinforcement situations,crack conditions,safety re-check and rankings.Therefore,the system provides a technical platform for inspection report management standardization.Taking a three-story RC frame structure identification as an example,some problems and solutions in the test and evaluation work are presented,including the concept of'Natural Layer',the intelligent processing and automatic archiving of the testing data,the structural calculation and the level-assessment.The JCPD system provides more intuitive,transparent and direct data to the concrete frame structures,and developes a database about the testing data of concrete frame structures.And it also provides the foundation for application of building life-cycle process in BIM.%基于BIM技术研发检测评定(JCPD)系统,梳理了检测评定工作流程,实现了建筑工程结构鉴定工作内容及业务管理的程序化和智能化,把建筑物的材料强度、构件尺寸、配筋情况、裂缝状况、安全性复核、评定等级等重要实测信息与建筑模型关联,给检测鉴定报告的规范化管理提供技术平台.本文以某三层钢筋混凝土框架结构检测鉴定的实测工作为例,给出检测评定工作中亟需解决的问题,包括自然层概念、检测数据智能处理及自动归档、结构验算及鉴定辅助评级等.可帮助检测人员提供更直观、更透明、更直接的数据资料,形成项目的检测鉴定数据库与建筑信息模型,也为建筑物全寿命过程的BIM应用实现提供基础.
