集中式空调系统调控策略优化与节能研究

         

摘要

空调系统部分负荷下的性能受制于其调控方法和策略,本文通过建立空调系统数学模型并构建实验装置对其进行验证,基于所建立的空调系统模型逐一研究了部分负荷下系统冷冻水流量、冷却水流量、冷却塔风量、空调箱风量的调控对系统性能的影响规律,获得了各参数对系统调控的优先级与节能潜力,在此基础上,研究并获得了系统全局综合调控下的节能策略与节能潜力.结果表明,在系统部分负荷下,通过系统全局优化控制,相比定流量运行,当负荷率为0.6时,系统节能率可达11.7%.%The performance of the air conditioning system under partial load is affected by its control method and strategy.This paper established the air conditioning system mathematical model and constructed the experimental device to verify it.Based on the established air conditioning system model,the system performance under partial load was studied when the chilled water flow,cooling water flow,cooling tower air volume and the air volume of the air conditioning box were varied and controlled.At the same time,the parameters for the priority of the system regulation and energy-saving potential were obtained.On this basis,the paper studied and acquired the energysaving strategy and energy saving potential under comprehensive regulation of the system.The results showed that the energy saving rate can reach 11.7% by using system global control at the load rate of 0.6.
