装配式混凝土结构住宅机电系统设计整体解决方案研究

         

摘要

In this paper,project cases of prefabricated concrete structure residences in the past ten years in China were analyzed,and some existing problems in assembled buildings summarized,the differences between prefabricated assembled buildings and traditional cast-in-place construction methods compared,and,from the modernization development trend of the construction industry,the basic idea and technical route of the industrialized construction of the assembled concrete structure residences expatiated.Taking Taihu public rental project in Tongzhou District of Beijing as an example,the total solution including standardized design,factory prefabricated and on-site assembly of the electromechanical system of prefabricated concrete structure residences was expounded from the aspect of prefabricated integrated technology of the fast assembling modular floor heating system,water supply integrated system and same floor drainage system,finally proposing the integrated development measures for design,construction and decoration.%本文通过对近十年的装配式混凝土结构住宅工程实例的现状分析,寻找装配式建筑目前尚存在的问题,比较预制装配式建筑与传统现浇建造方式的区别,从建筑产业现代化发展趋势出发,解读装配式建筑基本理念与技术路线,提出装配式住宅标准化设计与部品化建造相结合的可持续建设理念.并且基于通州台湖公租房项目模块式快装地面供暖系统、给水集成系统、同层排水系统的装配式集成技术应用的深入研究,阐述装配式混凝土结构住宅机电系统标准化设计、工厂化预制与现场装配的整体解决方案,提出设计、建造、装修一体化发展技术措施.
