防护工程柴油电站消烟降温技术研究

         

摘要

The paper develops the cogeneration device with exhaust gas from diesel power station based on the special requirements of protection works on exhaust gas emission of diesel generator, introduces the development status of the exhaust cooling technologies and the design schemes for cogeneration device and core system ( i. e. thermoelectric power generation waste heat system) as well as cooling and dust removal technology, compares the advantages of electrostatic dust removal technology and DPF ( diesel particulate filter) smoke suppression and dust removal technology, and provides the effect diagram of cogeneration device with exhaust gas from diesel power station based on DPF smoke suppression and dust removal technology.%针对防护工程对柴油发电机尾气排放的特殊要求,研制柴油电站废气余热发电装置。介绍柴油电站尾气降温技术的发展现状;阐述柴油电站废气余热发电装置和核心系统———温差发电余热系统和降温除尘技术的设计方案;比选静电除尘技术及DPF ( diesel particulate filter)消烟除尘技术方案优势,给出基于DPF消烟除尘技术的柴油电站废气余热发电装置效果图。
