现代农业园区土地流转可以实现土地规模经营，提高农业生产效益和土地利用率。土地流转应坚持依法、自愿、有偿原则，稳定、分权、放活原则和集中、规模、增效原则，通过组建土地流转中心，连接农户、专业合作社和入园企业，公平合理地分配土地流转利益。同时要加强对土地流转的管理服务，解决好土地流转纠纷，提升农村劳动力转移就业能力，完善农村社会保障制度。%Modern agricultual park land circulation can achieve scale land management, imporve agricultural pro-ductivity and land utilization. At the same time, we should strengthen management service, resolve desputes, promote rural labor transfer employ-ment ability, perfect rural social security system.
