Creative industries is the result of an intellectual work, intellectual property is the weapon for recog-nition and protection of intellectual achievements. In this paper, combining with the current situation of the de-velopment of creative industry in Heilongjiang province, through analysis and solve the problems existing in the protection of intellectual property rights, to promote the development of the industry, optimize the industrial structure, change economic growth mode, promote the province's innovation ability and the comprehensive com-petition ability.%创意产业是一种智力劳动成果，知识产权正是对这种智力成果进行确认和保护的武器。本文结合黑龙江省创意产业发展的现状，通过分析和解决创意产业发展中知识产权保护存在的问题，达到促进创意产业发展、优化产业结构、改变经济增长方式、提升全省创新能力和综合竞争能力的目的。
