便携式高原单兵增压氧舱的研制

         

摘要

Aim To develop a portable medical hyperbaric oxygen cabin, which is used for soldiers to treat and cure the wounded in the highlands in time. Methods A small electric air pump was used as the model' s air source, and the capsule was made of sealed, foldable and high pressure-resisting materials. The air-supply system and the control system of the cabin were designed in integration and miniaturization. Finally an experiment of the cabin was carried on the human body physiology parameter testing under the environment of elevation 4000 meters , in which the feasibility and reliability of this system were investigated. Results This cabin sword-boat two meters with lightweight to carry. Experiments proved that the pressure in cabin could rapidly climb to standard atmospheric pressure, that could meet the requirement of human beings in the high altitude environment. This system might help the soldier in individual teams to acute and treat the plateau sickness, and also improve the oxygen supply technology for army in highlands.%目的 研制一种便携式高原空气加压氧舱应急呼吸供气系统,用于单兵班组在高原执行任务时及时救治急性高原病伤员.方法 采用小型气泵作为供气源,舱体采用密封、可折叠、耐高压的材料,采用供气系统和控制系统集成化、小型化设计,并且在海拔4000m的环境下对系统进行人体生理参数测试以验证系统性能的可行性和可靠性.结果 增压氧舱系统全长2m,轻便易携带.测试结果证实在高原情况下,系统能快速将舱内气压升至标准大气压,同时能提供符合要求的氧气量以供人体呼吸.此系统的研制成功可以帮助单兵班组对急性高原病伤员的救治,改善高原部队的供氧技术.
