涡轮钻具轴承组均载试验研究

摘要

Aiming at the uniform loading performance of bearing units in turbodrill,load transfer process in the bearing units is researched and the mathematical model is established.The theoretical uniform loading condition is deduced.Then,according to simulating real working conditions,the test with given parameters is carried out.The test results show that bearing units in turbodri11 have better uniform loading performance after initial running.%针对涡轮钻轴承组的均载性能问题,研究了载荷在轴承中的传递过程,建立了轴承组的简化数学模型,推导了其理论均载条件,通过模拟轴承组实际工况,在给定的试验参数下开展了试验,结果表明:涡轮钻具轴承组在经过跑合后能得到良好的均载性能.
