基于Access的四列圆柱滚子轴承数据库的开发与应用

摘要

以四列圆柱滚子轴承的外形尺寸为字段,将JB/T 5389.1-2016《滚动轴承轧机用滚子轴承第1部分:四列圆柱滚子轴承》所规定的四列圆柱滚子轴承外形尺寸及国外公司轴承的外形尺寸导入各数据表,建立Access数据库.利用Access数据的查询功能,筛选出JB/T 5389.1中与国外公司轴承滚子组内径有差异的轴承.利用查询和联结功能可实现JB/T 5389.1中与国外公司轴承型号的对照,并简要介绍了数据库在四列圆柱滚子轴承CAD系统的应用.%Taking outline dimension of four row cylindrical roller bearings as the field,and importing the outline dimensions of standard JB/T 5389.1 " Rolling bearings-Four row cylindrical roller bearings for rolling mills" and foreign companies to each data table,the Access database is established.Difference of nominal bore diameter in standard JB/T 5389.1and foreign companies are found out by the Access data query function,Bearing catalogs of the JB/T 5389.1 and foreign companies is compared by query and join functions.This paper introduces the application of the database in the CAD system of four row cylindrical roller bearings.
