代谢综合征与前列腺增生症的关系

摘要

代谢综合征(MS)和前列腺增生症(BPH)之间在多方面存在着密切的联系.在男性,两者均与年龄、性激素水平、血管损伤、高胰岛素血症、胰岛素抵抗、中心性肥胖及交感神经过度激活有关.有学者提出良性前列腺增生症亦应作为代谢综合征一个组分的“代谢综合征假说”.%It has been found recently that there was a close association between metabolic syndrome (MS) and benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) in the pathogenesis. Both of them are related to age, sex hormone levels, endothelium damage, hyperinsulinemia, insulin resistance, abdominal obesity, and sympathetic overactivationin in man. So far, some scholars suggested that BPH should be viewed as one component of MS and so also called "hypothesis of MS".
