研发了一种装备液压制动与电机制动执行机构、并能实时模拟路面制动力动态变化的动态试验台.该试验台基于硬件在环试验原理,引入了液压制动器子系统、电机子系统和转速与压力传感器等实际部件,并综合考虑了制动过程中车轮、液压制动系统和电机制动系统相互作用的动态响应特性,同时基于MABLAB/Simulink环境开发的试验台控制系统能满足各种控制策略的验证需求.最后进行了试验台关键参数的测定和电动汽车电液复合制动的滑移率协调控制试验,验证了试验台的有效性和优势.%A dynamic test bench is developed, which is equipped with both hydraulic and electric motor brake actuators and can realtime simulate the dynamic change of road brake force. Based on the principle of hard-ware-in-the-loop test, the test bench incorporates real components including hydraulic brake subsystem, motor subsystem and speed and pressure sensors, and takes into consideration the dynamic response characteristics with the interactions among wheels, hydraulic and electric motor brake systems during braking. In addition, the control system of test bench developed with MABLAB/Simulink can meet the verification requirements of various control strategies. Finally, the key parameters of test bench are measured and a test on the slip ratio coordinated control of electro-hydraulic hybrid brake system is carried out, verifying the effectiveness and advantage of the test bench developed.
