电控喷油器参数对高压共轨系统循环喷油量波动影响的量化分析

[ Abstract] For investigate the effects of electronic injector parameters on the cycle fuel injection quantity fluctuation ( CFIQF) of high-pressure common rail ( HPCR) system, a numerical simulation model for an electroni-cally-controlled HPCR system is created with AMESim platform, and a test on a HPCR system test rig is conducted to verify the correctness of the model built. Then on this basis, the CFIQF is analyzed to reveal the law of the effects of injector parameters on CFIQF. Finally a quantitative analysis is performed to obtain the changing law of the CFIQF percentage with the change of injector parameters. The results show that the residual air-gap of armature, the pre-tightening force of solenoid, the diameter of fuel inlet orifice, the diameter of fuel outlet orifice, and the pre-tightening force and lift of needle valve are the main parameters of injector affecting the cycle fuel injection quantity of HPCR system, the percentage of CFIQF caused by the change of theses parameters are 5.0%-16.8%, 7.8%-26.2%, 14.1%-22.9%, 17.0%-23.3%, 7.5%-33.2% and 0-21.8% respectively.%为研究电控喷油器参数对高压共轨系统循环喷油量波动的影响,利用AMESim仿真平台建立了电控高压共轨喷油系统数值仿真模型,并通过在高压共轨系统试验台上试验,验证了仿真模型的准确性。接着在此基础上对循环喷油量波动进行分析,揭示了喷油器参数对循环喷油量波动的影响规律。最后进行了量化分析,得到了喷油器参数变化引起的循环喷油量波动百分比的变化规律。结果表明,衔铁残余气隙、电磁阀预紧力、出油孔直径、进油孔直径、针阀预紧力和针阀升程是影响高压共轨系统循环喷油量的主要电控喷油器参数,在不同的轨压和喷油脉宽下,这些参数的变化引起的循环喷油量波动百分比分别为5.0%~16.8%、7.8%~26.2%、14.1%~22.9%、17.0%~23.3%、7.5%~33.2%和0~21.8%。
