The higher efficiency, miniaturization and wide range speed control requirement of the PMSM cause the motor easily affected by temperature and the stator reverse magnetic field in permanent magnet demagnetization, which will affect the motor performances and operation reliability. In this paper, thermal stability and magnetic stability of the PMSM was studied according to the magnet demagnetization curve. A numerical analysis method has been developed to judge whether the motor demagnetizes and identify the magnet demagnetization temperature and working point. It provides the reference for the design of magnetic circuit of PMSM.%电动汽车要求其配置的永磁同步电机具备效率高、体积小及调速范围宽等特性,因此电机容易受温度及定子反向磁场作用而导致永磁体退磁,从而在工作转速范围内影响电机性能和运转可靠性.结合永磁体的退磁曲线,提出了永磁同步电机热稳定性及磁稳定性的数值分析方法,介绍了电机退磁的判断方法,并找出永磁体的退磁温度及工作点,为永磁同步电机的磁路设计提供了参考依据.
