A级车正面全宽碰撞试验中假人小腿伤害研究

         

摘要

In C-NCAP, the injury of dummy lower leg is evaluated by axial force and performance index. We know from the relationship of dummy lower leg and thigh axial force in full frontal collision of A-class vehicle that the curve of the lower leg axial force usually appears as "W", the moment that the first peak value of the curve occurs is the leg/tibia crashed to the instrument panel, and the peak value is decided by the movement of the dummy leg before crash; The tibia performance index curve usually appears as "M", the performance index will be decided by the first peak value when the rigidity of the vehicle is high and that will be decided by the second peak value when the rigidity of the vehicle is low and the floor under the foot is out of shape.%在C-NCAP中,通过小腿轴向力和小腿性能指标评价对假人小腿的伤害.通过对A级车在正面全宽碰撞中假人小腿与大腿轴向力间关系的研究可知,小腿轴向力曲线通常为“W”形,其第1个峰值出现时刻为腿部与仪表板等发生碰撞时刻,峰值大小由之前腿部运动情况决定;小腿的性能指标曲线基本为“M”形,在车身前端刚度较大的碰撞情况下,性能指标由“M”曲线的第1个峰值确定;在车身前端刚度较小,脚下地板发生严重变形的碰撞情况下,性能指标由“M”曲线的第2个峰值确定.
