基于工况的纯电动大型客车复合电源参数匹配设计

         

摘要

A parameter match method was developed to match dual-power composed by battery packs and ultracapacitor packs parameters based on typical driving cycles for electrical vehicle. First, parameter of power battery packs was matched originally according to driving distance. Second, parameter of ultracapacitor packs was matched according to configuration of power battery pack. Finally, three constraint conditions of ultracapacitors were presented to optimize dual-power parameters according to maximum required power from four typical driving cycles, energy requirement and voltage requirement.%  为更好匹配由动力电池和超级电容器组成的复合电源参数,提出一种基于纯电动大型客车典型工况下的参数匹配方法。首先,根据车辆续驶里程设计要求初步配置动力电池组参数;其次,由动力电池组参数配置超级电容器组参数;最后,根据4种典型工况中最大需求功率和车辆运行中需求能量、功率要求和电压要求,提出匹配超级电容器组的3个约束条件以优化复合电源参数。
