苯精制生产实训装置DCS方案与控制系统设计

         

摘要

以甲苯歧化单元生产工艺流程为背景,设计了一套苯精制生产流程实训装置的DCS控制方案及控制系统.其中控制力案包括对进塔物料量、预塔底排出量与回流量、冷凝水加入量与塔底温度的关系、碱液加入量、成品采出量、塔底残液排出量、塔釜温度、塔顶温度等参数的控制策略设计,DCS是以SunyTDCS9200为平台进行的实时数据库、算法编辑和人机界面等软件的设计.该实训装置DCS具有真实感强、安全灵活的特点,已广泛用于各石化企业、院校的操作技能培训与技能考核.%With process of toluene disproportionation unit as background, a set of DCS control scheme of benzene refining process training device is designed. Designs of control scheme include input material amount, tower bottom pre-discharge amount, reflux, the relationship of condensation charging amount and tower bottom temperature, lye amount, product yield, tower bottom liquid discharge, reactor temperature, tower top temperature and so on. Based on the SunyTDCS9200 platform, the DCS can design software including real-time database, algorithm, man-machine interface and so on. The training device of DCS has a strong sense of reality, safe and flexible features, and is widely used for skill training and assessment in petrochemical enterprises and institutions.
