基于Profinet的电能远程监控系统

摘要

提出一种以Profinet为核心的电能远程实时监测系统,通过构建Profinet的电能远程实时监控平台,对Profinet的核心硬件电路的智能控制实现远程设备的实时监测,同时该系统与远程故障诊断系统相结合,可对整个公司的各个设备运行状态进行远程在线监视、故障诊断等功能.该文设计的部分监控系统,正应用于英格索兰的MES系统中.%Proposed a power remote real-time monitoring system with the Profinet as core,build monitoring platform of Profinet power remote real-time,for Profinet core hardware circuit of intelligent control to achieve real-time remote device monitoring,At the same time combining remote online monitoring system with remote fault diagnosis system,It is widely used in company the key equipment operating status which is need to remote online monitoring, fault diagnosis,a part of the monitoring system is used in Ingersoll-Rand' s MES system.
