基于PLC和IFIX的小区供热锅炉控制系统

摘要

This paper introduces the design of a heating boiler control system for a village heating. In this system,it improves combustion efficiency by the optimizing control of air-coal. The system hardware structure constructes a control system of heating boiler by IFIX and HollySys PLC of LK,and OPC communication protocol was adopted to data exchange between PLC and PC. IFIX software was used to develop supervision control programs,which have fine visualization handy operation, perfect function such as alarming, searching and printing. The actual operation shows that the system was stable,reliable,and has a positive role for district heating reforming.%该文是某小区供热锅炉的控制系统设计,该系统控制策略采用风-煤比自寻优控制,提高了锅炉的燃烧效率.系统硬件结构采用通用公司IFIX软件和HollySys LK系列PLC构建了上、下位机供热锅炉监控系统；上、下位机之间数据交换借助于OPC通信协议实现.借助IFIX软件可实时监控锅炉系统设备运行状态,并进行多种功能操作,同时具有报警、查询、报表打印等功能.实际运行表明该系统运行稳定、可靠,对于小区供暖改造具有很好的促进作用.
