W波段功率探头自动定标设计与实现

         

摘要

目前对微波测量仪器主要采用手动定标,操作较为繁琐.该文设计了一种单独的热敏式W波段功率探头,并设计了该探头的自动定标电路.其基本原理是通过电加热微波功率探头前端的微波吸收体等效代替被吸收体吸收微波所产生的热量,通过测量电加热的功率值,等效计算电磁波功率值.这种方法测量具有很高的精度.整个系统定标过程自动完成,操作十分简单,且定标最小分辨率可达38.2 μW.经过定标完成,功率探头的验证具有很高的精度,可达到3 mW.%At present,the calibration for microwave power instrument was manual calibration,and the operation was complex.So,designs a power probe in W-band and the system of automatically calibrate for it in the paper.The base of principle was the electro-microwave equivalent which was to heat the microwave absorber in front of microwave power sensor by electricity which can replace the heat generated by microwave,then,we can calculate the power of microwave by measuring the power generated by electricity.This kind of method possesses high precision.The whole process of calibration was automatic,and operated easily,the minimal resolution up to 38.2 μW.The validate for the probe possesses high precision,its resolution up to 3 mW
