空间可展开机构设计分析系统的研究

摘要

空间可展开机构设计过程中存在建模分析周期长、设计数据和设计流程不易管理等问题,导致设计过程效率低、设计结果不理想.基于对多种CAD/CAE软件的二次开发集成和数据库的应用,提出了空间可展开机构的自动化设计分析方法,基于VC++开发集成了空间可展开机构设计分析系统软件,实现了机构参数化建模、自动化力学分析,优化设计以及设计数据的管理,有效提高了产品设计效率和质量.%The method of design and analysis automation for space deployable mechanism based on further development of CAD/CAE software and database was proposed to solve the problems,exist in the process of space deployable mechanism design,such as long cycle of modeling and analysis,difficulty in data and design process management.Design and analysis system software for space deployable mechanism was developed based on VC++ to realize parameterized modeling and automatically mechanical analysis of the space deployable mechanism as so as design optimization and data management.Efficiency and quality of design were all improved effectively.
