机组运行优化系统数据接口平台设计

         

摘要

针对机组运行优化系统设计并实现了数据接口平台.接口采用API方式实现与openPlant SIS数据库之间的数据交互,并采用OPC规范完成了机组运行优化系统各功能模块之间的数据传输.接口平台的OPC服务器采用Wintech OPC开发工具完成;优化系统的人机接口模块采用组态王软件开发,并实现了B/S模式的远程监控.采用可“组态”理念以及通用开放的OPC规范完成接口平台设计,确保了接口的开放性和灵活性.现场试验表明,此接口平台的设计理念和实现方法成熟可靠,完全满足机组运行优化系统的需要.%The design of a data interface platform for unit operation optimization system was proposed in this paper.The platform employs API to communication with the SIS database,openPlant.OPC,a general and open specification dedicated for industrial software,was further used for communication between the functional modules of the optimization system.The OPC server and the man machine interface of the platform were developed using Wintech OPC toolkit and Kingview configuration software,respectively.The configurable characteristic and OPC specification make the platform relatively open and versatile.The field test result shows that the design and implementation of the platform was reliable and the interface platform was much applicable for the unit operation optimization system.
