基于IMS的自动标定装置实时监控系统的实现

     

摘要

针对钢铁工业控制中X射线测厚仪近距离辐射危害以及操作效率低下的现状,该文介绍了IMS多功能测厚仪自动标定装置实时监控系统,论述了自动标定装置监控系统的结构及功能.采用InTouch组态软件开发了实时监控系统,利用OPC技术与PLC通信,能实现对现场数据的采集、处理及控制,从而完成对钢板测厚的远程监控.实践证明,系统运行可靠,操作简单,有效提高了标定的精度和效率.%In view of problems that radiation hazard from close range and low efficiency in the operation of X-ray thickness gauge,which exist in the control of iron and steel industry,this paper describes a real-time monitoring system of automatic calibration device for IMS multi-function thickness gauge,discusses the structure and function of the automatic calibration device monitoring system.InTouch configuration software is selected to develop real-time monitoring system,and to communicate with PLC by OPC technology.Therefore,the acquisition,processing and control of field parameters as well as remote monitoring of steel thickness measurements can be realized.Practice has proved that the system is reliable,easy operated,and effectively improve the accuracy and efficiency of calibration.
