流量标准装置中同向型换向器设计及试验研究

         

摘要

To overcome the problems of the traditional fluid diverter in water flow standard device,the same direction diverter has been developed based on the same direction theory.The basic structure,work principle and diversion flow model has been given,and the average flow equal to the actual flow has been achieved in the diversion cycle,therefore the uncertainty has been eliminated in the same direction diverter.Simultaneously,the experiment was carried out with the new diverter on water flow standard device.Experimental results show that,the new diverter has little affect to the repeatability and the meter factor,and the verifying time can be abbreviated with the new diverter.%针对水流量标准装置中传统不同向开式换向器存在的问题,基于“换入/换出”同向方法,设计了一种新型的同向型开式换向器,分析了新设计换向器的工作原理,建立了换向流量模型,基于该模型并采用理论分析法得出了换向器一个换向周期的计时时间段内平均流量与实际流量相等的结论,并可以大大消除因“换入/换出”不同向引入的不确定度.同时,将新设计的同向型开式换向器在水流量标准装置上进行了试验.试验结果表明,利用新研制的同向型开式换向器对流量计进行检定,检定时间的长短对流量计的重复性、仪表系数的影响均较小,证明了设计的同向型开式换向器及其流量模型的正确性,解决了不同向开式换向器带来的诸多难题,完全实现了“换入/换出”同向,缩短了检定时间,大大提高了水流量标准装置的检定效率.
