电容式集能转换器的调理拓扑分析与优化

         

摘要

Energy harvesting unit can achieve energy harvest and self-supplying for wireless sensors of smart substations from electromagnetic environment.It will have wide application prospect in the smart grid.Some main constraints and corresponding solutions of the conditioning topology of capacitive energy harvesting device are analyzed in details.A topology design of passive device of the conditioning circuitry is proposed,and modeling methodology is also established accordingly.Both large-signal model and dynamic small disturbance model of the topology are used to analyze static and dynamic characteristics of the conditioning circuitry.Furthermore,based on theoretical deduction under the critical operation condition,a multiple parameter optimization method is proposed.Simulations are completed with PSPICE software to verify effectiveness of the proposed modeling scheme and parameter optimization methodology.%集能转换器可使智能化变电站中的无线传感器实现能量自给,在未来智能电网中具有广阔的应用前景。文中首先分析了电容式集能转换器调理电路的主要影响因素及相应的解决方法。提出了调理电路的一种无源器件设计拓扑,并对其进行了系统建模,包括大信号模型和动态小扰动模型,进一步分析了调理电路的静态输出和动态工作特性。基于临界工作条件下的理论推导,建立了调理电路关键参数的优化方法,并获得各电气参数的优化取值。利用PSPICE仿真软件对调理电路拓扑进行仿真验证,结果表明了文中理论分析和参数优化方法的有效性。
