光学电压互感器偏光干涉测量模式(二)基于会聚偏光干涉原理的光学电压互感器

         

摘要

The adoption of polarized light interference demodulation for the traditional optical voltage transducer to detect light intensity to achieve the voltage measurement has led to a small measurement range and significant influence by temperature drift and crystal”s additional birefringence.This paper proposes a new type of optical voltage transducer based on convergent polarized light interference,with the crystal electro-optical phase converted to the spot image”s rotation angle.This new methodology is independent of light intensity,has wide measurement range from 0°to 180°,and its voltage measurement range is not restricted by crystal half-wave voltage.A detailed analysis is made on the theory of this new transducer and the method of how to read the spot”s rotation angle is given.The actual measurement results are also presented to show the good linearity of the new transducer”s sensing angle up to 320°.%光学电压互感器采用偏光干涉测量模式,通过对光强的检测实现电压测量,存在测量范围小及受温漂、晶体附加双折射影响大等问题。为此,文中提出了一种基于会聚偏光干涉原理的光学电压互感器,将晶体电光相位变化转换为光斑图像的旋转角,通过测量光斑旋转角获得相位延迟。新型互感器测量模式与光强无关,可测量相位延迟为0~180°,电压测量范围不受晶体半波电压限制。文中在理论上分析推导了会聚偏光干涉图旋转角与晶体电光相位延迟角的线性关系,给出了光斑图像旋转角的读取方法,并通过实验验证了新型互感器能够测量的相位延迟角达到320°,线性度良好。
