为避免输送机在经过弯道时产生翻倾的趋势,文章通过建立简单的力学模型,应用理论力学及机械设计的理论和方法,分析得到传统的汽车车身输送工艺架在工作过程中产生的翻倾力矩.该翻倾力矩增加了设备与轨道的压力,使得两者之间的磨损加剧。文章通过增设扶正轨机构,从根本上解决了输送工艺架工作过程中存在不稳定的问题,减少了设备之间的磨损,保证了输送过程的平稳和安全。%In order to avoid the turn tilting trend of conveyor on the curve railroad, by the establishment of simple mechanical model, the application of theoretical mechanics and mechanical design's theory and methods, the paper gets the traditional vehicle body conveying process frame in the work process where produces turn tilting moment. The turn tilting moment has increased equipment and rail pressure, making friction intensified. At last, the paper introduces a straightening mechanism aiming to solve the unstable conveying frame fundamentally so that the friction between equipments carl be reduced so as to aehieve a stable anti safe conveying.
