信息环境下档案馆与图书馆咨询服务比较研究

摘要

在信息时代,新技术的出现与广泛运用改变着图书馆、档案馆的参考咨询服务,文章在总结信息技术对二者咨询服务产生巨大影响的基础上,探讨了二者在理论基础、运行模式与服务性质方面的共同点,比较了二者在资源、用户、服务以及需求规律等方面的不同点,提出了档案馆咨询服务发展的建议。%Reference service of archives and library has been changed by using new technology in the information era.Based on the influence of information technology,this paper discusses their common points on theoretical basis,operation mode and service nature,compares the differences of resources,consumers and service,trying to give some suggestions about the development of archives reference service.
