国外政府信息资源管理的标准建设及经验

摘要

本文介绍美国、加拿大、英国和澳大利亚等国外政府信息资源管理标准建设的概况，把政府信息资源管理的标准分为三类，分别是政府信息资源内容标准、政府信息资源管理流程标准以及政府信息资源安全和技术标准。文章详述各国已有的政府信息资源管理标准，并梳理出国外政府信息资源管理标准建设的基本经验。%This article introduces an overview of government information resources management standard construction of the United States, Canada, Britain, Australia and other foreign governments. The government information resources management standards are divided into three categories, they are thee content standards, the process standards and the safety and technology standards of the govern- ment information resources. The article describes the existing national standards for government infor- mation resources management, and teases out the basic experiences of the construction for the foreign government information resources management standards.
