基于RFID的实体档案管理研究

摘要

Traditional physical archive has a lot of problems in the management such as old management methods and low efficiency.RFID,a non-touchable automatic identification technology, whose principle is to use radio frequency and space matching transmission feature to automatically identify objects,has advantages of high efficiency,low cost and anti-pollution.This paper firstly analyzes the characters of traditional physical archives＇ management and RFID technology,and then describes the related research and management processes of RFID-based physical archives＇ management.%传统的实体档案管理存在着方式落后和效率低下等问题,RFID技术作为一种非接触的自动识别技术,其基本原理是利用射频信号和空间耦合传输特性实现对被识别物体的自动识别,具有高效性、低成本、抗污染等特点。本文在分析了传统的实体档案管理和RFID技术特点的基础上,阐述了基于RFID技术的实体档案管理的相关研究,并讨论了在档案管理中应用RFID技术的一些管理流程。
