地铁站内盾构调头始发技术

         

摘要

北京地铁9号线丰台科技园站至科怡路站区间盾构施工中,结合现场条件,通过台车瘦身、架设横向小皮带、铺设右开道岔、南北盾构井内同时进行盾构机主机及台车调头等,实现了盾构由分体始发到整体始发的转化,减少了分体始发所必需的台车二次连接、盾构机二次调试等工序,节约了工期和成本,确保了重大风险源南四环路的安全,经济效益和社会效益良好.%During interval tunnel shield construction of Beijing Subway Line 9 between Fengtai Kejiyuan Station of Keyilu Station,based on field conditions,various measures were adopted,such as reducing the volume of trolley,setting transverse belt,laying rightward opening switch and simultaneous U-turn of shield machine and trolley in north-south shield shaft,etc.,to realize the transition from separate launching into integral launching,successfully reducing secondary connection of trolley and secondary debugging of shield machine which are required for separate launching,and saving the construction schedule and cost.The safety of south fourth ring road where there is high potential risk was guaranteed and favorable social and economic benefit was realized.
