基于CPTED理论的社区防卫安全评价指标体系的研究

摘要

针对社区犯罪现象，传统的“人防”和“物防”仍然是我国目前采取的主要犯罪预防手段。20世纪70年代，国外研究者提出CPTED理论以通过改变环境因素的方式来预防、降低犯罪发生。本文基于CPTED理论，通过对影响社区安全的防卫因素进行提取、分析、运用采用模糊综合评判方法（FSA）建立社区防卫安全评价指标体系。为增进社区安全保障提供服务，为不断优化措施办法提供依据与参考。%In view of the community crime phenomenon, the traditional "civil air defense" and "technology" is stil the major means of crime prevention in our country at present .In the 1970 s, foreign researchers put forward CPTED theory which changing the way of environmental factors to prevent and reduce crime .This research based on the theory of CPTED, through the study of the extraction of defense factors afecting the safety of the community, analysis, using the fuzzy synthetic assessment (FSA) try to establish community defense security The evaluation index system .To promote community service security, to continuously optimize measures to provide a basis and reference.
