将历史文化融于设计的旧建筑改造研究--以西安老钢厂设计产业园内主题酒店设计为例

摘要

研究以西安老钢厂设计产业园内的主题酒店建筑设计为例，探讨在旧建筑改造过程中，将历史文化融于建筑设计的方法和策略。在实地调研、文化挖掘、特定人群行为分析及其对应的空间模式研究基础上，运用整体规划、路线设计、历史场景再现、文化活动场所营造、标志性构筑物再利用等策略，力求营造“工业时代的怀旧与城市复兴”的空间氛围，使历史文化成为一种设计资源，契合当代的使用需求，使旧工业建筑重新焕发活力。%Taking the project of the theme hotel in Xi'an Old Steel Industrial Park as an Example, the methods and strategies of the old building renovation design combined with history and culture are explored. Based on field survey, culture studying and the behavior analysis of the specific people and spatial patterns, by the strategies of overal planning, route design, scene representation, construction of place for cultural activities, reuse of iconic structures and so on, the spatial spirit of "Nostalgia of the industrial age and urban regeneration" is created, and the old industrial buildings are rejuvenated by using history and culture as design resources, which fit the needs of contemporary use.
