基于图像处理技术的管道裂缝检测方法研究

         

摘要

提出了一种新的管道裂缝检测方法,基于OpenCV开源平台开发了一个方便用户使用的图像处理系统,实现了管道缺陷检测.该方法首先利用中值滤波法去除图像中的噪声;然后使用形态学梯度算法检测裂缝图像边缘轮廓;最后通过Otsu算法自适应地选取阈值分割图像得到管道裂缝的二值图像.对管道裂缝的检测实验结果表明本文提出的方法检测效果优于DEE(dou?edge evaluation)方法.%In this paper,a novel method for pipeline crack detecting based on image processing technology was pro?posed. A user?friendly image processing system for pipeline crack detecting was developed on basis of open comput?er vision library. Firstly,median filter is used to remove the noise of image;then,the morphological gradient algo?rithm is applied for edge detection;finally,the binary image of pipeline crack is obtained by applying Otsu algo?rithm for selecting the threshold segmentation image adaptively. The experimental results of pipeline crack detecting show that the detection effect of the method proposed in this paper is superior to DEE algorithm.
