Flame-retardant of pentaerythritol biphosphorate melamine salt was synthesized using pentae-rythritol, phosphorous oxychloride, and melamine as raw materials by two steps. The results showed that the optimum synthetic process was: in the first step, n [ C (CH_2 OH )_ 4 ]: n (POCl_3) =1:2.2, reaction time 7 h,reaction temperature 80℃, the yield 88% ;in the second step,n(intermediate) : n(C_3N_6H_6) =1:2, reaction time 0.5 h,reaction temperature 80℃, the yield 98%. Chemical structure of the product was confirmed by IR and elemental analysis.%以季戊四醇、氧氯化磷、三聚氰胺为原料,两步合成了阻燃剂季戊四醇双磷酸酯二磷酰氯缩三聚氰胺,通过红外光谱及元素分析对其结构进行了鉴定.最佳合成工艺条件为:第一步,n[C(CH_2OH)_4]∶n(POCl_3)=1∶2.2, 反应 7 h,反应温度80 ℃,收率为88%;第二步,n(中间体)∶n(C_3N_6H_6)=1∶2,反应0.5 h,反应温度80 ℃,收率98%.
