两相体系中制备碳酸锂的工艺研究

         

摘要

A process has been proposed for carbonation and recovery of lithium carbonate from lithium chloride. Based on distribution coefficients, separation factors of the results, lithium chloride extraction with rc-butanol has also been studied. The purity of this lithium carbonate product was as high as 99.6%. This method is simple, easier to achieve industrialization, the market prospects broad.%以工业氯化锂为原料,利用无机盐在正丁醇中的溶解度差异对其进行纯化,同时采用在正丁醇-水两相体系中进行碳化,制备出碳酸锂纯度达到99.6%.本法工艺简单,较易实现工业化,市场前景广阔.
