The experimental results indicated that the optimum condition was as follows :n(diethyl malonate) : n(formamide) : n( sodium ethoxide) = 1:3=3.5 molar ratio, reaction temperature 60℃,reaction time 4.0 h,the yield reached 78. 2% .
