以高效液相色谱法( HPLC)测定对羟基苯乙酸-N,N-二甲氨基甲酰甲酯的含量,采用Thermo Syneronis C18柱(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水=30:70(V/V)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长275 nm。结果表明,对羟基苯乙酸-N,N-二甲氨基甲酰甲酯在0.1~1.0μg范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率为98.8%,RSD=1.08%。该方法准确,便捷,重现性好,适用于对羟基苯乙酸-N,N-二甲氨基甲酰甲酯的含量测定及工业生产中的质量控制。%Determination of N,N-dimethylearbamoylmethyl-p-hydroxyphenylaeetate by HPLC. The analyti-eal eolumn was Thermo Syneronis C18(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5μm). The mobile phase eonsisted of aeetoni-trile-water(30:70). The flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min and the deteetion wavelength was 275 nm. Results showed that the linear range of N,N-dimethylearbamoylmethyl-p-hydroxyphenylaeetate was at 0. 1 ~1. 0 μg,and the average reeovery was 98. 8%,RSD was 1. 08%. The method is aeeurate,eonvenient, good reprodueibility and ean be used for the eontent determination of N,N-dimethylearbamoylmethyl-p-hydroxyphenylaeetate. Also suitable for the quality eontrolling during the industrial produeing proeess.
