壳聚糖/聚合硫酸铁复合絮凝剂对曙红染料的脱色研究

摘要

A new composite flocculant CTS / PFS were prepared by using chitosan(CTS)and polyferric sulfate(PFS). The influence such as quality ratio of CTS / PFS,reaction temperature,pH value and floc-culantion time on the decolorization rate of eosin dye solution was studied. The results showed that the op-timal treatment conditions were:quality ratio of CTS / PFS was 1: 8,pH value was 1. 00,stirring 1. 50 h under 70 ℃,and the decolorization rate will up to 97. 20% . It shows that the adsorption curves of com-posite flocculant follow the formulas of Langmuir isothermal adsorption.%以壳聚糖（CTS）和聚合硫酸铁（PFS）合成新型复合絮凝剂 CTS/ PFS，考察 CTS/ PFS 质量比、反应温度、pH值和絮凝时间对曙红染料的脱色效果。结果表明，最佳处理工艺条件为：CTS/ PFS 质量比1：8，絮凝时间1.50 h，pH值1.0，反应温度70℃，曙红染料溶液的脱色率可达97.20%。复合絮凝剂对曙红染料的吸附遵循 Langmuir 等温吸附模型。
